We’re a family of unique schools with shared values and a desire to work together to provide high quality education for children in our communities.  It’s a really exciting time to join our dedicated team. We currently have 12 schools in the Trust and we’ve further plans to grow.  We’re now looking for a full time HR & Payroll Support Officer to join us, on a 12-month fixed term basis initially.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll enjoy coming to work and making a difference everyday as part of a small, passionate and supportive team. You’ll have fantastic administrative and organisational skills and have experience of working within HR and Payroll. Attention to detail is key and you’ll take pride in your work, preparing contractual documentation and the monthly payroll changes to send to our outsourced payroll provider. Over the next year, a key priority is to embed a cluster model across our schools and so there will be an opportunity to support our School Leaders in establishing new ways of working.

What’s in it for you:

A rewarding role in a small supportive team, making a big impact for our school family and community.

We can offer you flexibility and hybrid working to fulfil the role. Our focus as a team is on work outputs. As long as you can deliver what’s needed for the role, we can offer you a mix of onsite working at our friendly office based in the centre of Penrith and remote working with the collaboration tools you’ll need to stay connected.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment where trust, honesty and empathy are the Christian values that underpin the work we do.

To apply:

Closing Date for Applications:   9am Monday 20th June, with interviews being held in Penrith on Wednesday 22nd June.
